تاثیر کاربرد پومیس و محلولپاشی با عصاره جلبک و محلول هوگلند بر صفات رشدی و عملکرد سویا (Glycine max) | ||

نتایج نشان داد که اثرات متقابل کاربرد پومیس و محلولپاشی همزمان با عصاره جلبک دریایی و محلول هوگلند موجب افزایش 97 درصدی طول و 112 درصدی عرض غلاف، افزایش 73 درصدی وزنخشک گیاه، 39 درصدی تعداد دانه در بوته، و 55 درصدی عملکرد دانه نسبت به شاهد شد. ارتفاع گیاه تحت کاربرد 60 تن در هکتار پومیس با محلولپاشی بهتنهایی و همزمان هر دو کود، افزایش یافت. محلولپاشی با محلول هوگلند و محلولپاشی همزمان هر دو ترکیب (محلول هوگلند و عصاره جلبک دریایی) در تیمار کاربرد پومیس، موجب افزایش تعداد گره، تعداد شاخه فرعی، وزن صددانه در گیاه شد. کاربرد پومیس (عدم کاربرد و 60 تن در هکتار) همراه با محلولپاشی بهتنهایی و همزمان هر دو کود موجب افزایش محتوای نیتروژن گیاه گردید. محتوای پتاسیم در تیمار 60 تن در هکتار پومیس با محلولپاشی همزمان هر دو کود و محلولپاشی عصاره جلبک افزایش یافت. کاربرد پومیس (60 تن در هکتار) تعداد غلاف در بوته، محتوای فنل و فلاونوئید کل گیاه، محتوای کلسیم، منیزیم و منگنز گیاه را تحت تاثیر قرار داد. محلولپاشی با عصاره جلبک و محلولپاشی همزمان هر دو ترکیب موجب افزایش محتوای کلسیم، منیزیم، منگنز و فنل کل گیاه شد. محلول-پاشی همزمان با محلولهوگلند و عصاره جلبک موجب افزایش درصد پروتئین (40 درصد) و روغن دانه (21 درصد) شد. بین عملکرد دانه با محتوای عناصر، درصد روغن، وزنخشک ریشه و عملکرد بیولوژیکی همبستگی مثبت وجود داشته و نشان میدهد که برای حصول به عملکرد قابل قبول تغذیه متعادل گیاه با عناصر غذایی لازم است. | ||
