چکیده | ||
چکیده اهداف: این مطالعه با هدف ارزیابی پایداری کشت محصولات برگزیده استان آذربایجان شرقی انجام شد. ارزیابی پایداری کشاورزی گام مهمی جهت تدوین الگوهای پایدار کشت و استفاده بهینه از منابع آب و خاک استان است. مواد و روشها: به منظور ارزیابی پایداری تولید محصولات کشاورزی ترکیبی از دو روش آنتروپی و الکتره مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. آمار و اطلاعات مورد نیاز با مراجعه به سازمان جهاد کشاورزی استان آذربایجان شرقی در سال 1395 جمع-آوری شد. یافتهها: راندمان آبیاری، درصد پوشش بیمه محصولات کشاورزی، بهرهوری زمین و مصرف کود شیمیایی فسفات در هکتار بعنوان مهمترین شاخصهای پایداری تولید محصولات کشاورزی شناخته شدند که بیش از 50 درصد وزن نسبی شاخصها را به خود اختصاص دادهاند. مقایسه پایداری تولید محصولات کشاورزی نشان داد که کشت چغندر، گلرنگ، ذرت علوفهای، گندم آبی و پنبه نسبت به سایر محصولات دارای پایداری کشاورزی بالاتری است. نتیجهگیری: کشت گیاهان صنعتی و علوفهای در مقایسه با سایر محصولات رایج استان دارای پایداری کشاورزی بیشتری هستند و در مقابل کشت کلزا و یونجه هیچ مزیتی از لحاظ پایداری کشاورزی در استان آذربایجان شرقی ندارند، لذا انتظار میرود این امر در برنامهریزیهای آتی الگوی کشت مورد توجه قرار گیرد. همچنین با افزایش راندمان آبیاری و ترویج بیمه کشاورزی در بین زارعین استان، میتوان پایداری تولید سایر محصولات کشاورزی را افزایش داد. | ||
