| چکیده | ||
| این پژوهش با هدف مقایسه اثربخشی رواندرمانی بینفردی و درمان شناختی-رفتاری بر مؤلفههای سبک زندگی سلامت محور و بدنیسازی در بیماران مبتلا به سندروم روده تحریکپذیر انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر از نوع کاربردی و با طرح نیمهآزمایشی پیشآزمون-پسآزمون و پیگیری سه ماهه با گروه کنترل اجرا شد. جامعه آماری شامل بیماران مراجعهکننده به بیمارستان امام رضا (ع) تبریز در نیمسال دوم سال 1403 بود که از بین آنها 45 نفر به روش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در سه گروه (دو گروه آزمایش و یک گروه کنترل) جایگزین شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامههای چهارسیستمی سبک زندگی سلامت محور والکر و هیل (1997) و بدنیسازی چنگ و حامید (1996) بودند. دادهها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس با اندازه گیری مختلط تحلیل شدند. هر دو روش درمانی در مقایسه با گروه کنترل بر بهبود مؤلفههای بدنیسازی و سبک زندگی سلامتمحور مؤثر بودند (0/05 >p). اما درمان شناختی-رفتاری در کاهش مؤلفههای بدنیسازی نشانههای فیزیکی برتری داشت (0/05 >p). درحالیکه در بهبود سبک زندگی سلامتمحور تفاوت معناداری بین دو روش مشاهده نشد (0/05 >p). اثرات درمان در مرحله پیگیری نیز پایدار بود. درمان شناختی-رفتاری با هدفگیری مستقیم باورهای نادرست، سوگیریهای شناختی و رفتارهای اجتنابی (مانند ترس از غذا خوردن یا ترس از دوری از دستشویی)، باعث کاهش شدت درد و سایر نشانههای فیزیکی میشود و درمان بینفردی (IPT) عمدتاً بر کاهش استرس روانی-اجتماعی و حل تعارضات در روابط بینفردی تمرکز دارد. اثر این درمان بر نشانههای فیزیکی معمولاً غیرمستقیم است و از طریق بهبود خلق و خو و افزایش حمایت اجتماعی اتفاق میافتد. | ||
