| چکیده | ||
| هدف: در نظامهای آموزشی متمرکز، همه یادگیرندگان یک برنامه درسی واحد را تجربه میکنند، بنابراین عوامل مؤثر بر اجرای برنامه درسی اهمیت ویژهای دارند. از آنجا که نظام برنامهریزی درسی عراق نیز متمرکز اداره میشود، این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی و سطحبندی عوامل مؤثر بر اجرای برنامه درسی متمرکز در نظام آموزشی عراق انجام شد. روش پژوهش: رویکرد این پژوهش، مطالعه موردی از نوع مدلسازی بود و ۳۲ نفر از خبرگان حوزه برنامه درسی (شامل اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاههای عراق و معلمان) با نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. دادهها با استفاده از اسناد و پرسشنامه محققساخته گردآوری و با تکنیک مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری (ISM) تجزیهوتحلیل شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد ۱۱ عامل کلیدی بر اجرای برنامه درسی مدارس عراق اثرگذارند: مشارکت ذینفعان در طراحی و تدوین برنامه درسی، اطلاعرسانی درباره اجرای برنامه جدید، توانمندسازی مجریان، سازوکارهای تشویق و حمایت از مجریان، مقبولیت برنامه در بین ذینفعان، شفافیت و وضوح برنامه جدید، تأمین منابع و تجهیزات، کیفیت مواد و رسانههای یادگیری، پایش و نظارت و ارزیابی مستمر، بسترهای فرهنگی/ اجتماعی، و بسترهای سیاسی و اسناد بالادستی حمایتکننده. همچنین، بسترهای فرهنگی/اجتماعی بهعنوان زیربناییترین عامل و پایش و نظارت مستمر و بسترهای سیاسی و اسناد بالادستی بهعنوان عوامل سطح ششم شناخته شدند. تأمین منابع و تجهیزات و مشارکت ذینفعان نیز در سطح پنجم اثرگذار بودند. نتیجهگیری: با توجه به نتایج پژوهش و به منظور بهبود اجرای برنامه درسی در نظام آموزش عراق، اصلاح بسترهای فرهنگی اجتماعی و بسترهای سیاسی ضروری به نظر میرسد. | ||
