| پژوهش حاضر با هدف مدلیابی هراس از نبود تلفن همراه بر اساس راهبردهای تنظیم رفتاری هیجان غیرانطباقی با نقش میانجی احساس تنهایی در نوجوانان دختر انجام شده است. پژوهش حاضر توصیفی-همبستگی با استفاده از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری نوجوانان دختر دوره متوسطه شهر تهران در دی ماه سال 1404 بودند. حجم نمونه بر اساس مدل کلاین (2023) و با روش نمونهگیری خوشهای تصادفی 300 نفر انتخاب شد. با استفاده از پرسشنامه ترس از نبود تلفن همراه (NMP-Q) یلدریم و کوریا (2015)، پرسشنامه تنظیم رفتاری هیجانی(BERQ) کرایج و گرانفسکی (2019) و مقیاس احساس تنهایی-نسخه سوم (UCLALS3) راسل (1996) دادهها جمع آوری شد. دادهها با استفاده تحلیل همبستگی پیرسون و مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری در نرمافزارهای SPSS و AMOS نسخه 29 تحلیل شد. یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد که اثرات مستقیم تنظیم رفتاری هیجان غیرانطباقی (0/65=β و 0/001=sig) بر روی ترس از نبودن تلفن همراه معنادار است. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که احساس تنهایی در رابطه بین تنظیم رفتاری هیجان غیرانطباقی (0/52=β و 0/001=sig) با ترس از نبودن تلفن همراه نقش میانجی و معنادار دارد. همچنین مدل پژوهش از برازش مطلوبی برخوردار بود (RMSEA=0/05 ،SRMR=0/04). میتوان نتیجهگیری کرد که با بهبود تنظیم رفتاری هیجان غیرانطباقی و پایین آوردن میزان احساس تنهایی با کمک روانشناسان بالینی و مشاوران میتوان ترس از نبودن تلفن همراه نوجوانان دختر را کم کرد. | ||
