| چکیده | ||
| درگیری شغلی به میزان تعهد، مشارکت و انرژی روانی فرد در انجام وظایف شغلی اشاره دارد. معلمانی که سطح بالایی از درگیری شغلی دارند تمایل بیشتری به بهبود فرآیندها و نتایج آموزشی از خود نشان میدهند. تحقیق حاضر باهدف تبیین نقش درگیری شغلی به عنوان یک سازه میانجی در روابط بین متغیرهای کیفیت زندگی کاری، تابآوری و خلاقیت در میان هنرآموزان هنرستانهای ناحیه ۲ بندرعباس در سال 1403 اجرا شد. روش تحقیق ازنظر هدف کاربردی، بر اساس ماهیت، توصیفی-همبستگی و از لحاظ نحوه اجرا مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه هنرآموزان هنرستانهای ناحیه 2 بندرعباس به تعداد 635 نفر (53/3 درصد مرد و 46/7 درصد زن) بود که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران با روش تصادفی طبقه ای بر حسب فاکتور جنسیت، 240 نفر مرد و زن ( با همان نسبت درصد جنسیت از کل جامعه) انتخاب شد و فرضیههای تحقیق پس از توزیع و جمعآوری پرسشنامههای استاندارد درگیری شغلی کانونگو (JIQ؛ 1982)، کیفیت زندگی کاری والتون (1973)، خلاقیت شغلی کارکنان دورابجی و همکاران (1998) و تابآوری کارکنان بلاک و کرمن (1996) با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و روش معادلات ساختاری تحلیل گردید. با در نظر گرفتن سطح اطمینان 95 درصد، رابطه کیفیت زندگی کاری با تابآوری، کیفیت زندگی کاری با خلاقیت، کیفیت زندگی کاری با درگیری شغلی، درگیری شغلی با تابآوری، درگیری شغلی با خلاقیت نشان داده شد. همچنین نقش میانجی درگیری شغلی در رابطه کیفیت زندگی کاری با تابآوری و نقش میانجی درگیری شغلی در رابطه کیفیت زندگی کاری با خلاقیت تایید شد. | ||
