اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر شفقتخود و رواندرمانی مثبتگرا بر اعتیاد به اینترنت دانشجویان | ||

| هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر شفقتخود و رواندرمانی مثبتگرا بر اعتیاد به اینترنت دانشجویان بود. روش پژوهش نیمهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون و پسآزمون با گروه کنترل همراه با مرحله پیگیری 2 ماهه بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش دانشجویان کارشناسی مشغول به تحصیل در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد تهران غرب در زمستان سال 1403 بودند. تعداد 60 نفر دانشجو به صورت نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب و سپس این دانشجویان به شیوه تصادفی در گروه درمان مبتنی بر شفقتخود (20 نفر)، گروه رواندرمانی مثبتگرا (20 نفر) و گروه کنترل (20 نفر) قرار گرفتند. سپس گروه آزمایش اول تحت 10 جلسه 90 دقیقهای درمان مبتنی بر شفقتخود و گروه آزمایش دوم 10 جلسه 90 دقیقهای رواندرمانی مثبتگرا قرار گرفتند. از آزمون اعتیاد به اینترنت (IAT) یانگ (1998) به منظور گردآوری اطلاعات استفاده شد. از تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیری مکرر و آزمون تعقیبی بنفرونی برای تحلیل دادهها استفاده شد. نرمافزار تحلیل دادهها SPSS نسخه 29 بود. نتایج نشان داد هر دو مداخله مذکور در مرحله پسآزمون و پیگیری اثربخشی معناداری بر اعتیاد به اینترنت داشته است (0/05>p). همچنین نتایج آزمون تعقیبی نشان داد که درمان مبتنی بر شفقتخود اثربخشی بیشتری نسبت به رواندرمانی مثبتگرا بر اعتیاد به اینترنت دارد (0/05>p). بر اساس نتایج پژوهش حاضر، میتوان گفت که درمان مبتنی بر شفقتخود و رواندرمانی مثبتگرا میتوانند به عنوان شیوههای درمانی مناسب برای کاهش اعتیاد به اینترنت در مراکز مشاوره و خدمات روانشناختی به کار برده شوند و تقدم استفاده در کاهش اعتیاد به اینترنت دانشجویان با درمان مبتنی بر شفقتخود است. | ||
