| چکیده | ||
| این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تاثیر برنامه افق زمان بر تنظیم شناختی هیجان و امیدواری مادران کودکان کمتوان ذهنی انجام شد. مطالعه حاضر، شبهآزمایشی و با طرح پیشآزمون و پسآزمون با گروه کنترل است. جامعه آماری این مطالعه را مادران کودکان کمتوان ذهنی شهر اصفهان تشکیل دادند. نمونه پژوهش شامل ۳۰ مادر بود که با روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب و با روش تصادفی در گروه آزمایش و گروه کنترل جایگزین شدند و در هر گروه ۱۵ نفر شرکت داشتند. آموزش برنامه افق زمان در 10 جلسه در گروه آزمایش اجرا شد ولی گروه کنترل در این آموزش شرکت نکردند. ابزار مورد استفاده در این پژوهش، پرسشنامه تنظیم شناختی هیجان گارنفسکی و کرایج (2006) و مقیاس امید میلر و پاورز (1988) بود. دادههای پژوهش با روش آماری تحلیل کوواریانس تکمتغیره و چندمتغیره تحلیل شد. نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن بود که آموزش برنامه افق زمان در مرحله پسآزمون بر تنظیم شناختی هیجان و امیدواری مادران کودکان کمتوان ذهنی تاثیر مثبت و معناداری داشت (0/001>p). در نتیجه برنامهریزی برای آموزش برنامه افق زمان نقش مهمی در تنظیم شناختی هیجان و امیدواری مادران کودکان کمتوان ذهنی دارد. از این رو میتوان از این برنامه برای ارتقای تنظیم هیجان و امیدواری والدین بهره برد. | ||
