| چکیده | ||
| این پژوهش با هدف بررسی اثربخشی آموزش بسته خدمات توانبخشی محلهمحور بر کیفیت زندگی سالمندان انجام شد. روش پژوهش از نوع شبهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون، پسآزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه سالمندان شهر اصفهان بود. نمونه پژوهش شامل 45 سالمند از مراکز آموزشی و توانبخشی سالمندان کلبه نور و رنگینکمان سپید بود که به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در یک گروه آزمایش 22 نفری و یک گروه کنترل 23 نفری جایگزین شدند. مداخله در 8 جلسه 60 دقیقهای برای گروه آزمایش اجرا شد در حالی که گروه کنترل این آموزش را دریافت نکردند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی سازمان بهداشت جهانی، نسخه سالمندان میشد. دادهها با روش آماری تحلیل کوواریانس تکمتغیری و چندمتغیری تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد که آموزش بسته خدمات توانبخشی محلهمحور بر کیفیت زندگی و خردهمقیاسهای آن (عملکرد حسی، خودمختاری، فعالیتهای گذشته، حال و آینده، مشارکت اجتماعی، نگرانی درباره مرگ و مردن، و توانایی برقراری روابط صمیمانه) در سالمندان تاثیر مثبت و معناداری داشت. یافتهها اطلاعات مفیدی را در ارتباط با آموزش بسته خدمات توانبخشی محلهمحور فراهم میکند. بنابراین، متخصصان و روانشناسان میتوانند برای بهبود کیفیت زندگی سالمندان از بسته خدمات توانبخشی محلهمحور استفاده کنند. | ||
