| چکیده | ||
| پژوهش حاضر به شناسایی و طراحی مدل کیفیت بخشی درس تربیت بدنی در مدارس مقاطع متوسطه اول منطقه کهریزک تهران میپردازد. روش تحقیق کیفی و با استفاده از رویه های تحلیل مضمون براون و کلارک (2006) انجام گرفت. جامعه آماری را خبرگان حوزه آموزش و پرورش تشکیل داده بودند. روش نمونه گیری به صورت هدفمند و معیار محور بود. ابزار اندازهگیری مصاحبههای نیمه ساختار یافته بود که محقق با 17 مصاحبه به اشباع نظری رسید و روند گرداوری اطلاعات با 17 نفر به اتمام رسید. جهت بررسی اعتبار یافته های کیفی از روش بازبینی اعضا استفاده شد. یافتهها نشان داد که پیامدهای کیفیت بخشی درس تربیت بدنی در 5 طبقه نهایی ادغام شدند از جمله: 1) سلامت و رفاه دانشآموزان 2) توسعه مهارتهای اجتماعی و فردی 3) کیفیت آموزش و محیط یادگیری 4) توسعه فرهنگ ورزش و فعالیت بدنی 5) مدیریت و ارزیابی مستمر هستند، هر مضمون نهایی شامل مضامین فرعی و کدهای اولیه مربوط به خود می باشد. براین اساس یافتهها نشان میدهد هر گونه ارتقا در یک وجه، در صورت بیتوجهی به سایر وجوهها، پس از مدت کوتاهی تثبیت نمیشود؛ زیرا دانشآموز، معلم، والدین و نظام مدرسه یک نظام باز و درهمتنیده میسازند. بنابراین سیاستها و برنامههای مداخلهای باید بهصورت بسته جامع طراحی شوند تا همافزایی این پنج حوزه تضمین گردد، در غیر این صورت بهبودهای جزیرهای دوام نخواهند آورد. | ||
