| چکیده | ||
| هدف از این پژوهش شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر توسعه بازیهای بومی و محلی در استان خوزستان بر اساس دیدگاه دانشجویان بود. این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی_ همبستگی است که به شکل میدانی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری شامل 527 نفر از دانشجویان دختر و پسر بودند که نمونه آماری به تعداد 357 نفر به شیوه نمونهگیری تصادفی خوشهایانتخاب شدند. برای جمع اوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه بازیهای بومی و محلی اندام و همکاران (1394) استفاده شد. روایی پرسشنامه به تایید 12 تن از اساتید مدیریت ورزش رسید و پایایی آن با استفاده از روش آلفای کرونباخ عدد 0.79 بدست آمد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با نرم افزار تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری و نرمافزار AMOS انجام شد. یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد که عوامل مؤثر بر توسعه بازیهای بومی و محلی در استان خوزستان به ترتیب اهمیت ضرایب بتا عبارتند از: عوامل سازمانی (95/0)، عوامل فرهنگی (79/0)، عوامل مدیریتی (62/0)، عوامل محیطی (54/0)، عوامل درونفردی (27/0) و عوامل روانشناختی (14/0).لذا با توجه به نتایج تحقیق پیشنهاد می شود برای افزایش مشارکت افراد در این بازیها، باید به ایجاد جذابیت، تجربههای خوشایند، کاهش موانع روانی و جسمی و افزایش مهارتها توجه کرد. این امر نیازمند همکاری بین خانوادهها، جوامع محلی، مدارس و نهادهای فرهنگی است. با توجه جدی به این عوامل میتوان به توسعه پایدار بازیهای بومی و محلی کمک کرد و آنها را به عنوان بخشی از هویت فرهنگی جامعه بهویژه استان خوزستان حفظ نمود | ||
