| چکیده | ||
| امروزه خلق، ذخیره و مدیریت دانش در سازمانها بهعنوان راهبردی ارزشآفرین شناخته میشود و مدیریت بهینه آن میتواند زمینهساز رشد و توسعه راهبردی سازمانها باشد. هدف این پژوهش، شناسایی و تحلیل راهبردهای مؤثر بر مدیریت دانش در فدراسیون هندبال کشور است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی؛ از نظر ماهیت، توصیفی–تحلیلی؛ و از نظر روش، کمی میباشد. جامعه آماری شامل مسئولان هیئتهای هندبال استانها بوده و به دلیل محدود بودن جامعه، از روش سرشماری (کلشمار) استفاده شد. دادهها از طریق پرسشنامه محققساخته گردآوری و با بهرهگیری از روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری مبتنی بر PLS تحلیل گردید. نتایج نشان داد که تمامی متغیرهای پژوهش دارای بار عاملی قابلقبول و مدل نهایی از برازش مطلوبی برخوردار است. همچنین یافتهها بیانگر آن است که از میان ۱۳ مقوله محوری شناساییشده، هفت عامل کلیدی شامل: فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات، آموزش و توسعه منابع انسانی، مدیریت منابع انسانی، مدیریت تغییر و نوآوری، محیط و عوامل خارجی، و شبکهسازی و همکاریهای بینالمللی بیشترین تأثیر را بر مدیریت دانش در فدراسیون هندبال ایران دارند. دستاورد پژوهش نشان میدهد که تمرکز بر توسعه فناوری اطلاعات، ارتقای مهارتهای منابع انسانی، و تقویت همکاریهای بینالمللی میتواند به عنوان راهبردهای کلیدی در بهبود مدیریت دانش و ارتقای عملکرد فدراسیون مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. | ||
