چکیده | ||
هدف از پژوهش حاضر مقایسه اثربخشی روان درمانی وجودی و درمان مبتنی بر شفقت بر تحمل پریشانی در زنان مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس بود. روش پژوهش نیمهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون و پسآزمون با گروه کنترل همراه با مرحله پیگیری 2 ماهه بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه زنان مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس مراجعه کننده به انجمن مولتیپل اسکلروزیس شهر تهران در تابستان سال 1403 بودند. سپس تعداد به روش نمونهگیری هدفمند تعداد 45 زن بیمار تشخیص داده شده بر اساس پزشک متخصص انتخاب و در گام دوم این تعداد به صورت تصادفی ساده در دو گروه شامل گروه آزمایشی رواندرمانی وجودی (15 زن)، گروه درمانی مبتنی بر شفقت (15 زن) و یک گروه کنترل (15 زن) قرار گرفتند. سپس گروه آزمایش اول تحت 10 جلسه 90 دقیقهای رواندرمانی وجودی و گروه آزمایش دوم تحت10 جلسه 90 دقیقهای درمان مبتنی بر شفقت قرار گرفتند. در این مدت گروه کنترل مداخلهای دریافت نکرد و در لیست انتظار باقی ماند. از مقیاس تحمل پریشانی (DTS) سیمونز و گاهر (2005) به منظور گردآوری اطلاعات استفاده شد. برای تحلیل دادهها از تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیری مکرر و آزمون تعقیبی بنفرونی استفاده شد. نرم افزار تحلیل دادهها SPSS نسخه 28 بود. نتایج نشان داد هر دو مداخله مذکور در مرحله پسآزمون و پیگیری اثربخشی معناداری بر تحمل پریشانی داشته است (0/05>P). همچنین نتایج آزمون تعقیبی نشان داد که درمان مبتنی بر شفقت اثربخشی بیشتری نسبت به رواندرمانی وجودی بر افزایش تحمل پریشانی دارد (0/05>P). بر اساس نتایج پژوهش حاضر، میتوان گفت که روان درمانی وجودی و درمان مبتنی بر شفقت میتوانند به عنوان شیوههای درمانی مناسب برای افزایش تحمل پریشانی در زنان مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس در مراکز مشاوره و خدمات روانشناختی به کار برده شوند و تقدم استفاده در افزایش تحمل پریشانی زنان مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس با درمان مبتنی بر شفقت است. | ||
