چکیده | ||
هدف این پژوهش شناسایی و اولویت بندی ظرفیت های بازاریابی ورزشی عراق به منظور توسعه رشتههای دو و میدانی در سطح قهرمانی بود. پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و به لحاظ روش از نوع توصیفی بود که گردآوری دادههای آن به صورت پیمایشی انجام پذیرفت. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل اساتید رشته های مدیریت ورزشی و بازاریابی، مدیران، معاونین و کارشناسان آگاه به حوزه پژوهش در فدراسیون دو و میدانی و هیاتهای ورزشی این رشته در کشور عراق، و همچنین ورزشکاران و مربیان حرفه ای رشته دو و میدانی بود و نمونه آماری پژوهش به شیوه در دسترس به تعداد 112 نفر انتخاب شدند. برای جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامه محققساخته بر اساس مقیاس 5 ارزشی لیکرت استفاده، و گویه های آن در قالب 22 سوال تدوین شد. روایی صوری و محتوایی توسط اساتید مدیریت ورزشی تایید، و پرسشنامه آن با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ (82/0) محاسبه شد. نتایج نشان داد که شاخصهای ثبات نسبی مدیریتی در سال های اخیر در ورزش کشور عراق، توسعه فناوری اطلاعات در جامعه و همراه بودن با تغییرات سریع تکنولوژی و فناوری، و وجود و استفاده از خیرین ورزشی به ترتیب مهم ترین شاخص های عوامل مدیریتی و قانونی، عوامل تجهیزاتی و تشکیلاتی و عوامل محیطی اثرگذار می باشند و هر یک از عوامل نام برده شده به ترتیب با ضریب استاندارد بتا 443/0، 356/0 و 268/0 توان پیش بینی معناداری برای توسعه رشته های دو و میدانی در سطح قهرمانی دارند. | ||
