چکیده | ||
چکیده نارون (Ulmus spp.) از جمله مهمترین درختان زینتی در طراحی فضای سبز شهرها به شمار میرود. بیماری سرخشکیدگی و شانکر نارون طی سالهای اخیر در فضای سبز تبریز و سایر شهرهای استان به طور گسترده شیوع پیدا کرده است. در تحقیق حاضر، به منظور شناسایی قارچهای همراه با سرخشکیدگی و شانکر درختان نارون در شهر تبریز، طی سالهای 1394 و 1395 از درختان دارای علائم و سالم نمونهبرداری انجام گرفت و تعداد 208 جدایهی قارچی از 64 نمونه گیاهی، خالصسازی شد. شناسایی گونهها بر اساس دادههای ریختشناختی و دادههای توالی ناحیه ITS یا TEF (در مورد برخی گونهها)، صورت پذیرفت. در این بررسی، 16 گونهی قارچی شاملOphiostomanovo-ulmi ، Fusarium solani، F. proliferatum، F. tricinctum،Pestalotiopsis brassicae، Cytospora rhodophila، C. chrysosperma، Didymella glomerata،، Chaetomium globosum، Ch. rectanguare، Clonostachys rosea، Seimatosporium lichenicola،Coniolariella macrothecia ، Pleurostomophora ochracea،Sordaria sp. و Geosmithia sp. از نواحی پوست و چوب قسمتهای تنه و شاخههای اصلی سالم و دارای علائم تغییر رنگ آوندی جداسازی گردید. در بین جدایههای شناسایی شده، جدایههای متعلق به جنسهای Fusarium و Chaetomium از بیشترین فراوانی برخوردار بودند. گزارش گونههای Ch. globosum، Ch. rectangulare،F. proliferatum، S. lichenicola، P. brassicae، Co. macrothecia، Pl. ochracea، C. rhodophila، Geosmithia sp.،Cl. roseaوD. glomerataاز روی میزبان نارون برای دنیا جدید میباشند. | ||
