مقدمه: تجمع زیادی تریگلیسرید و اسیدهای چرب در سلولهای غیر چربی منجر به مسمومیت چربی، عملکرد ناقص سلولی و مرگ سلولی میشود. گرچه محدودیت خوراکی یک ابزار مدیریتی عملی و کارآمد برای پیشگیری از چاقی در مرغهای مادر است، با این وجود بعد از اوج تولید مرغها تمایل به افزایش وزن دارند. مسمومیت چربی در سلولهای کبدی و سلولهای فولیکولی مرغهای تخمگذار میتواند باعث عملکرد ناقص کبد، ناهنجاریهای تخمدانی و نهایتاً کاهش تولید تخممرغ شود. هدف: این مطالعه برای تعیین اثر پیوگلیتازون روی تولید تخممرغ و فراسنجههای خونی مرغهای مادر گوشتی انجام شد. مواد و روشها: بنابراین، 40 پرنده از سن 45 تا 51 هفتگی به طور تصادفی به چهار گروه تیماری تقسیم شدند و جیره پایهای که سطوح مختلف پیوگلیتازون (0، 10، 20 و 40 میلیگرم/پرنده/روز) را داشت به مرغها تغذیه شد. نتایج: نتایج نشان داد که سطوح 20 و 40 میلیگرم، تولید و کیفیت تخممرغ را بهبود میبخشد (05/0p <). از لحاظ لیپیدهای پلاسمایی، پیوگلیتازون در سطوح 20 و 40 میلیگرم اثرات هایپولیپمیک داشت و توانست غلظت گلوکز، تریگلیسرید، لیپوپروتئین کم چکال و کلسترول را کاهش دهد (05/0p <). همچنین، فعالیت آنزیمهای کبدی (معیاری از سلامت کبد) نیز در مرغهای دریافت کننده 20 و 40 میلیگرم پیوگلیتازون بهبود یافت (05/0p <). علاوه بر این، مشاهدات کالبدشکافی نشان داد که وزن کبد و چربی شکمی به طور معنیداری با افزودن 20 و 40 میلیگرم پیوگلیتازون به جیره هر مرغ کاهش مییابد (05/0p <). نتیجهگیری نهایی: براساس نتایج این پژوهش، پیوگلیتازون در سطوح 20 و 40 میلیگرم/پرنده/روز از طریق کم کردن لیپیدهای پلاسما، میتواند عملکرد مرغهای مادر را پس از اوج تولید بهبود بخشد. | ||
