چکیده | ||
بهمنظور بررسی اثر کاربرد کودهای آلی و شیمیایی و همچنین عناصر غذایی میکرو رایج و نانو بر اجزای عملکرد، عملکرد و اسانس رازیانه، آزمایشی بهصورت فاکتوریل بر پایه طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در 3 تکرار در دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه مراغه اجرا شد. فاکتور اول کاربرد کودهای آلی و شیمیایی شامل شاهد (بدون استفاده از کود)، ورمیکمپوست، کمپوست زباله شهری و کود شیمیایی و فاکتور دوم شامل محلولپاشی ریزمغذیهای آهن، روی و منگنز (شاهد، رایج و نانو) بود. نتایج نشان داد بیشترین تعداد چتر در بوته با کاربرد کود شیمیایی متداول، بیشترین تعداد دانه در چترک و عملکرد دانه با کاربرد کود شیمیایی و کمپوست زباله شهری و بیشترین عملکرد بیولوژیک با کاربرد هر سه نوع کود بهدست آمد. در رابطه با کاربرد عناصر کممصرف، بیشترین تعداد دانه در چترک، وزن هزار دانه و عملکرد دانه با محلولپاشی عناصر کممصرف رایج و بیشترین عملکرد بیولوژیک با کاربرد هر دو نوع کود کممصرف رایج و نانو بهدست آمد. نتایج تجزیه واریانس نشان داد که برهمکنش کاربرد کودهای شیمیایی و آلی و کممصرف بر تعداد چترک درچتر، درصد اسانس و عملکرد اسانس معنیدار شد. بهطوریکه بیشترین تعداد چترک در چتر (9/12 عدد) در تیمار کود شیمیایی + کود نانو با 6/39 درصد افزایش نسبت به شاهد (عدم کاربرد هر نوع کودی) و بیشترین مقادیر درصد اسانس (78/2 درصد) و عملکرد اسانس (53/4 گرم در مترمربع) در تیمار کود شیمیایی + کممصرف رایج بهترتیب با 4/54 و 7/98 افزایش درصد نسبت به شاهد بهدست آمد. بهطور کلی نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که کاربرد کودهای آلی کمپوست زباله شهری و ورمیکمپوست جهت جایگزینی کود شیمیایی و همچنین محلولپاشی عناصر کممصرف رایج و یا نانو در بهبود اجزای عملکرد و عملکرد کمی و کیفی رازیانه مؤثر میباشند. | ||
