چکیده
امروزه، مخارج آموزشی به عنوان نوعی سرمایه‌گذاری تلقی می‌شود که می‌تواند منجر به افزایش درآمد گردد. با توجه به این موارد، هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی عوامل موثر بر میزان مخارج آموزشی در سطح خرد (خانوار) در اقتصاد ایران است. به این منظور، مولفه‌های موثر بر میزان مخارج آموزشی در چهار گروه (ویژگی‌های خانوار، ویژگی‌های سرپرست، ویژگی‌های مادر و ویژگی‌های فرزند) طبقه‌بندی شده و در قالب یک مدل توبیت سانسورشده برای داده‌های بودجه خانوار سال 1395 مورد آزمون واقع شده است. دلیل استفاده از مدل سانسورشده، گزارش شدن مخارج آموزشی معادل صفر برای برخی خانوارها (با وجود داشتن فرزند محصل) است. نتایج مطالعه نشان می‌دهد که سکونت در نقاط شهری و جنسیت دختر، دو عاملی است که به صورت زمینه‌ای موجب افزایش مخارج آموزشی خانوار می‌گردد. انتظار بازدهی بالاتر سرمایه-گذاری آموزشی روی دختران، نگرش نیروی کار بالقوه نسبت به فرزندان (به‌ویژه پسران) در مناطق روستایی و بالاتر بودن قیمت آموزش در مناطق شهری مجموع عواملی است که منجر به این نتایج می‌شود. همچنین با توجه به آنکه سرپرستی خانوار در ایران به طور سنتی برعهده مردان بوده و میانگین درآمد آنان از زنان بالاتر است، جنسیت سرپرست خانوار نیز از مهمترین مولفه‌های تعیین‌کننده مخارج آموزشی است. در نهایت، بررسی ویژگی‌های سرپرست و مادر خانوار نیز نشان می‌دهد که انتقال سرمایه مادی خانوار به فرزندان بیشتر از طرف سرپرست (اثر بیشتر درآمد سرپرست نسبت به درآمد مادر) و در مقابل انتقال سرمایه انسانی خانوار به فرزندان بیشتر از طرف مادر (اثر بیشتر تحصیلات مادر نسبت به تحصیلات سرپرست) صورت می‌گیرد.
