جهت مطالعه واکنش ذرت هیبرید سینگل کراس640 به کود زیستی، مقادیر مختلف کود شیمیایی و برهمکنش آنها، آزمایشی بصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوک های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار انجام شد. فاکتورهای آزمایش شامل تیمار کود شیمیایی اوره در پنج سطح صفر، 75، 150، 225 و 300 کیلوگرم در هکتار و کود زیستی نیتروکسین در دو سطح تلقیح و عدم تلقیح بودند. برهمکنش کود زیستی با کود شیمیایی اوره بر روی عملکرد دانه، تعداد دانه در بلال، وزن هزار دانه و ارتفاع بوته اثر معنی دار داشت. بالاترین عملکرد دانه به مقدار 14/10425 کیلوگرم در هکتار از کود زیستی نیتروکسین همراه با 300 کیلوگرم در هکتار کود شیمیایی اوره و کمترین عملکرد دانه نیز در تیمار شاهد (صفر کیلوگرم کود شیمیایی اوره) و عدم تلقیح با کود زیستی نیتروکسین با مقدار 49/5712 کیلوگرم در هکتار بدست آمد. همچنین بین کود زیستی نیتروکسین بعلاوه 225 کیلوگرم کود شیمیایی اوره با کود زیستی نیتروکسین بعلاوه 300 کیلوگرم در هکتار کود شیمیایی اوره از لحاظ عملکرد دانه اختلاف معنی داری مشاهده نشد. به نظر می رسد تلفیق کودهای شیمیایی با کودهای زیستی حداکثر تولید را به همراه دارد که می تواند به دلیل تأثیر توام کود شیمیایی و باکتری های محرک رشد در فراهم نمودن عناصر غذایی برای ذرت باشد. | ||
