چکیده | ||
هدف تحقیق حاضر، مطالعه تفاوت کارکردهای اجرایی و توانایی تنظیم هیجانات در افراد با سبک زندگی فعال و غیرفعال با در نظر گرفتن تفاوتهای جنسیتی بود. مطالعه حاضر از نوع علی- مقایسه ای و انتخاب نمونهها بهصورت هدفمند از بین دانشجویان دانشگاه پیام نور تبریز به تعداد 80 نفر در دو گروه فعال (20 نفر دختر، 20 نفر پسر) و غیرفعال (20 نفر دختر، 20 نفر پسر) بود. شناسایی افراد فعال و غیرفعال با استفاده از پرسشنامه میزان فعالیت بدنی شارکی، ارزیابی توانایی تنظیم هیجانات و کارکردهای اجرایی نیز به ترتیب با استفاده از مقیاسهای تنظیم هیجانی گروس و جان (2003)، آزمونهای فلانکر و دستهبندی کارتهای ویسکانسین انجام شد. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیری دوعاملی نشان داد بین کارکردهای اجرایی و توانایی تنظیم هیجانی دانشجویان فعال و غیرفعال تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد (p<0.05)، ولی در عملکرد پسران و دختران تفاوت معناداری وجود نداشت (p>0.05). با توجه به نتایج حاصل تمرینات جسمانی و ورزشی بهعنوان یکی از راهکارها و استراتژیهای تنظیم هیجانی و توسعه کارکردهای اجرایی برای عموم افراد پیشنهاد می شود. | ||
