اثر زمان خواباندن و سطوح مختلف ورمیکمپوست بر شکلهای شیمیایی نیکل در یک خاک آهکی | ||

چکیده | ||
برای بررسی تأثیر ورمیکمپوست بر توزیع شکلهای شیمیایی نیکل در خاک، آزمایشی بهصورت فاکتوریل و در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه عامل ورمیکمپوست در سه سطح (0، 5 و 10 درصد وزنی)، نیکل در دو سطح (0 و 100 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم) و زمان خوابانیدن در دو سطح (1 و 2 ماه) و با سه تکرار انجام شد. نمونهها در طول دوره آزمایش (دو ماه) در دمای حدود 25 درجه سلسیوس و رطوبت ظرفیت مزرعهای نگهداری شدند. توزیع شکلهای شیمیایی نیکل، با روش عصارهگیری پیدرپی تعیین گردید. نتایج نشان داد که در هر دو زمان (1 و 2 ماه)، کاربرد سطوح 5 و 10 درصد ورمیکمپوست سبب کاهش شکلهای محلول + تبادلی، کربناتی و باقیمانده و افزایش شکلهای آلی، پیوند یافته با اکسیدهای منگنز، اکسیدهای آهن بیشکل و اکسیدهای آهن بلورین شد. باتوجهبه نقش مثبت ورمیکمپوست در کاهش زیستفراهمی نیکل خاک در طول زمان میتوان نتیجه گرفت که مصرف این کود آلی در خاکهای آلوده به فلزهای سنگین از جمله نیکل، میتواند خطرات محیطزیستی این فلزها را کاهش دهد. همچنین، باتوجهبه دوره کوتاه زمانی به کار گرفتهشده در این پژوهش پیشنهاد میشود که اثر طولانیمدت ورمیکمپوست بر زیستفراهمی نیکل و سایر فلزهای سنگین در زمانهای طولانیتری نیز بررسی شود. | ||
