چکیده | ||
چکیده اهداف: تغذیه متعادل تأثیر بهسزایی بر تولید گل و گیاهان زینتی دارد. پژوهش حاضر به منظور بررسی تأثیر اسید هیومیک و آمینو اسید بر بهبود ویژگیهای رویشی و فیزیولوژیکی گلایل انجام گرفت. مواد و روشها: آزمایش بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی با دو فاکتور اسید هیومیک (صفر، 25/0 و 5/0گرم در لیتر) و آمینواسید (صفر، 05/0 و 1/0 گرم در لیتر) با سه تکرار انجام گرفت. تعداد پداژک، طول ریشه، قطر ساقه، ارتفاع ساقه ، تعداد برگ و گلچه، زمان گلدهی، عمر گلجای، کلروفیل، کاروتنوئید، آنتوسیانین و عناصر برگی نیتروژن، فسفر، پتاسیم و کلسیم بررسی شد. یافتهها: بیشترین ارتفاع ساقه گلدهنده (75/94 سانتیمتر) و کوتاهترین زمان گلدهی (96 روز) در اسید هیومیک 25/0 گرم در لیتر + آمینو اسید 05/0 گرم در لیتر مشاهده شد. بیشترین تعداد پداژک (3 عدد)، بالاترین غلظت کلسیم برگ (79/0 درصد) و محتوای کلروفیل (75/1 میلیگرم بر گرم وزن تر) در هیومیک 25/0 گرم در لیتر + آمینو اسید 1/0 گرم در لیتر بهدست آمد. بیشترین طول ریشه (15 سانتیمتر) و محتوای کاراتنوئید (27/0 میلیگرم بر گرم وزن تر) مربوط به هیومیک 5/0 گرم در لیتر + آمینو اسید 1/0 گرم در لیتر بود. بیشترین تعداد گلچه (12 عدد) در هیومیک 5/0 گرم در لیتر + آمینو اسید 05/0 گرم در لیتر مشاهده شد. بیشترین میزان آنتوسیانین (06/5 میکرومول بر وزن تر) و بالاترین عنصر فسفر برگ (26/0 درصد) در اسید هیومیک 5/0 + آمینو اسید 05/0 گرم در لیتر ثبت شد. درصد نیتروژن (30/1 درصد) و پتاسیم (43/4 درصد) در هیومیک 25/0 + آمینو اسید 1/0 گرم در لیتر در حداکثر بود. نتیجهگیری: اسید هیومیک و اسید آمینه در مقایسه با شاهد سبب بهبود بیشتر صفات مورد بررسی در گلایل شدند. | ||
