چکیده | ||
اهداف: این پژوهش جهت ارزیابی تاثیر کاربرد کودزیستی بر عملکرد ارقام رایج و لاین در دست معرفی جو در دشت تبریز صورت گرفت. مواد و روشها: آزمایش در اراضی شهرستان ممقان استان آذربایجان شرقی انجام گرفت. فاکتورهای آزمایش شامل: تیمار کود زیستسی در دو سطح و تیمارهای رقم در سه سطح بود. یافتهها: بر اساس نتایج حاصل از تجزیه واریانس، بر هم کنش رقم و بارور 2 اثر معنیداری بر عملکرد دانه جو داشت. بیشترین عملکرد دانه با 5/9 تن در هکتار در لاین امید بخش و با کاربرد بارور 2 به دست آمد. در رقم قرهآرپا کاربرد بارور 2 تاثیر معنیداری در عملکرد دانه جو نداشت، ولی در لاین امید بخش و جلگه با کاربرد بارور 2 به ترتیب 36.6 و 55.2 درصد افزایش در عملکرد دانه مشاهده شد. لذا بارور 2 افزایش قابل ملاحظه ای را در عملکرد دانه جو به ویژه لاین امید بخش باعث شد. لاین امید بخش از نظر اجزای عملکرد دانه (تعداد دانه و وزن هزار دانه)، پاسخ بهتری را به کاربرد کود زیستی بارور 2 نشان داد. این رقم از شاخص سطح برگ، شاخص محتوای کلروفیل و تعداد روز تا رسیدگی بیشتری نیز برخوردار بود، لذا ظرفیت فتوسنتزی بیشتری جهت تولید عملکرد داشت. نتیجهگیری: استفاده از کود زیستی بارور 2 در رقم اصلاح شده و لاین در دست معرفی جو موجب افزایش عملکرد در دشت تبریز شد ولی تاثیری بر عملکرد رقم بومی نشان نداد، لذا کاربرد بارور 2 برای لاین امید بخش میتواند بیشترین عملکرد دانه جو را در منطقه تولید کند. | ||
