تأثیر استفاده از تفاله زیتون بر هضم پذیری، فراسنجه های بیوشیمیایی خون، تولید و ترکیب شیر گاومیش شیری | ||

چکیده | ||
زمینه مطالعاتی: تفاله زیتون به عنوان یک پس مانده محصول روغنکشی میوه ی زیتون است که بعد از خشک شدن به عنوان یکی از محصولات جانبی می تواند در تغذیه دام مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. هدف: این مطالعه با هدف بررسی تاثیر تفاله زیتون بر عملکرد تولید، قابلیت هضم مواد مغذی، فراسنجه های بیوشیمیایی خون گاومیش های شیرده خوزستان انجام شد. روش کار: در این آزمایش از 15 راس گاومیش شیرده با میانگین سنی 4 سال، میانگین وزن 570 کیلوگرم و 2 شکم زایش، در قالب طرح کاملا" تصادفی به صورت 3 تیمار و 5 تکرار استفاده شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی عبارت بودند از 1) جیره پایه بدون استفاده از تفاله زیتون (شاهد)، 2) جیره پایه به همراه 5/7 درصد تفاله زیتون، 3) جیره پایه به همراه 15 درصد تفاله زیتون. در پایان آزمایش، خوراک مصرفی، قابلیت هضم مواد مغذی، ترکیبات شیر و فراسنجههای خونی اندازه گیری شد. نتایج: نتایج نشان داد، چربی شیر و مواد جامد بدون چربی در تیمارهای آزمایشی افزایش یافت (P<0.05) ولی ماده خشک مصرفی، میزان تولید، پروتئین و pH شیر تحت تاثیر تیمارهای آزمایشی قرار نگرفت (P>0.05). غلظت فراسنجه های خونی تحت تاثیر تیمارهای آزمایشی قرار نگرفت اما غلظت کلسترول در تیمار حاوی 5/7 درصد تفاله روند افزایشی نشان داد و غلظت آلکالین فسفاتاز نیز در تیمار حاوی 15 درصد نسبت به سایر تیمارها افزایش یافت (P<0.05). قابلیت هضم مواد مغذی نیز تحت تاثیر تیمارهای آزمایشی قرار نگرفت (P>0.05). نتیجهگیری نهایی: نتایج این آزمایش نشان داد که استفاده از تفاله زیتون به جای آرد گندم هیچ تاثیر منفی بر عملکرد تولید، غلظت فراسنجههای خونی و قابلیت هضم مواد مغذی در گاومیشهای شیرده نداشت، همچنین با توجه به قیمت مناسب تفاله زیتون، جایگزینی آن تا سطح 15 درصد با آرد گندم در جیره گاومیشهای شیرده پیشنهاد می شود. | ||
