اثر گچ و کوکوپیت بر برخی ویژگیهای فیزیولوژیکی و رشد اسفناج در کشت هیدروپونیک در شرایط شور و غیرشور | ||

چکیده | ||
این پژوهش برای بررسی اثر گچ (CaSO4.2H2O)، کوکوپیت و شوری سدیم کلرید بر برخی ویژگیهای فیزیولوژیکی و رشد اسفناج رقم ویروفلی انجام شد. آزمایش بهصورت فاکتوریل 2×2×4 و در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی و با سه تکرار در شرایط گلخانهای انجام شد. فاکتورهای آزمایش شامل گچ در چهار سطح صفر، 3، 9 و 27 درصد (جرمی:جرمی)، شوری در دو سطح صفر و 110 میلیمولار سدیم کلرید در محلول غذایی و کوکوپیت سریلانکا در دو سطح صفر و 15 درصد (جرمی:جرمی) بودند. اثر گچ بر ویژگیهای موردِمطالعه به سطح گچ، کوکوپیت و شوری بستگی داشت. مصرف 3 درصد گچ بر ماده خشک ریشه و شاخساره، ارتفاع گیاه و تعداد برگ اثر معنادار نداشت. مصرف 9 و 27 درصد گچ این ویژگیها را برخلاف انتظار در هر دو شرایط شور و غیرشور بهطور معنادار کاهش داد. اثر شوری بر ویژگیهای موردِمطالعه در شرایط با و بدون کوکوپیت متفاوت بود. اثر کوکوپیت بر تمام ویژگیهای موردِمطالعه معنادار بود اما نحوه اثر آن به سطح شوری و گچ بستگی داشت. حساسیت ریشه گیاه اسفناج به تنش شوری سدیم کلرید بیشتر از شاخساره بود. استفاده از کوکوپیت در بستر پرلیت، برای کشت هیدروپونیک گیاه اسفناج توصیه نشد. در تیمارهای دارای کوکوپیت، سطوح بالای گچ با افزایش شوری، باعث کاهش ماده خشک ریشه و شاخساره، ارتفاع بوته، تعداد برگ، شاخص کلروفیل برگ و فلورسانس کلروفیل برگ شد. انجام پژوهشهای بیشتر با سطوح کمتر گچ و کوکوپیت، غلظت کمتر کلسیم و سولفات در محلول غذایی و استفاده از کوکوپیتهای دیگر در شرایط شور و غیرشور پیشنهاد میشود. | ||
