چکیده | ||
هدف از این پژوهش بررسی تاثیر فعالیت بدنی در محیط سبزبرانگیزش فعالیت بدنی، سواد بدنی، سرزندگی ذهنی، و سواد بدنی دانش آموزان و تفاوت آن با فعالیت در مجتمعهای ساختمانی بدون دسترسی به فضای سبز بود. این پژوهش به صورت نیمه تجربی انجام گرفت. تعداد 60 دانش آموز پسر و 60 دانش آموز دختر مقطع متوسطه به صورت تصادفی به سه گروه (هر گروه 20 نفر به تفکیک جنسیت) تقسیم شدند. پس از یک پیش آزمون (تکمیل پرسشنامه های جمعیت شناختی، سواد حرکتی، انگیزش، سرزندگی و میل به ورزش) دانش آموزان فعالیت بدنی را در محیط های تعیین شده ( گروه اول تمرین و فعالیت بدنی در پارک و فضای سبز، گروه دوم فعالیت بدنی درخانه بدون دسترسی به فضای سبز وگروه سوم فعالیت در خانه کنار گلها و گلدانها ) به مدت 8 هفته هر هفته شامل سه جلسه انجام دادند، و در انتها پرسشنامههای مربوطه را تکمیل کردند.نتایج نشان داد که اثر تمرین در پارک و طبیعت بر سرزندگی ذهنی و انگیزش خود-مختار تأثیر گذار بود،اما بر میل به ادامه فعالیتبدنی، سوادبدنی و انگیزش کنترلشده و بیانگیزهگی تأثیرگذارنبود. اثر تمرین در خانه باعث کاهش بیانگیزگی شد،اما بر میل به ادامه فعالیت بدنی، سواد بدنی وانگیزشهای خود-مختار و کنترل شده تأثیر گذار نبود.فعالیت بدنی در منزل در کنار پنجره و رو به طبیعت و یا گلدانها برهیچ کدام از متغیرها تاثیری نداشت. به نظر میرسد که فعالیت بدنی در پارک و فضای سبز میتواند باعث افزایش انگیزش خود-مختار و سرزندگی ذهنی دانشآموزان گردد. | ||
