اثر تلقیح برخی زادمایههای مایع انتروباکتر کلوآسه بر درصد روغن، اسیدهای چرب و شاخصهای تغذیهای گیاه کلزا (Brassica napus L.) | ||

چکیده | ||
در این تحقیق اثربخشی زادمایههای مایع باکتری محرک رشد گیاه Enterobacter cloacae S16-3 بر مقدار روغن، اسیدهای چرب و جذب عناصر غذایی کلزا در خاک با بافت لوم شنی استریل مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. این باکتری در ترکیبهای مختلف در قالب 9 زادمایه مایع با مقادیر مشخص و در حالتهای تلفیقی مختلف شامل گلیسرول، پلیاتیلنگلیکول (PEG)، ترهالوز، کربوکسیمتیلسلولز (CMC)، صمغعربی، پلیوینیلپیرولیدون (PVP)، گلوکز و نشاسته تهیه شد. آزمایش بهصورت گلخانهای و در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 12 تیمار و 3 تکرار انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که در حضور باکتری E. cloacae (در قالب زادمایههای نهگانه) و تیمارهای 100 درصد و 70 درصد NPK، درصد روغن دانه و درصد اسیدهای چرب در مقایسه با تیمار شاهد منفی افزایش یافت. بیشترین درصد روغن دانه (02/47 درصد) در تیمار F9 (گلیسرول، گلوکز، صمغعربی، PEG) بهدست آمد. بیشترین مقدار اسید اولئیک بهعنوان یکی از مهمترین اسیدهای چرب غیراشباع در تیمار F9 (1/53 درصد) بهدست آمد؛ اما در نقطه مقابل، بیشترین مقدار اسیدهای چرب اشباع نظیر اسید استئاریک (5/4 درصد) و اسید پالمتیک (6/5 درصد) در تیمار شاهد بدون تلقیح (شاهد منفی) اندازهگیری شد. کاربرد زادمایههای مایع باکتری E. cloacae و تیمارهای 100 درصد و 70 درصد NPK بر جذب نیتروژن، فسفر، پتاسیم، آهن، روی، منگنز و کلسیم شاخساره، ریشه و دانه، تأثیر کاملاً معناداری داشت. زادمایههای مایع در بیشتر شاخصهای اندازهگیری شده دارای عملکرد بالاتری نسبت به تیمار شاهد بدون تلقیح بودند. زادمایه مایع F5 (صمغعربی، نشاسته، PEG) به لحاظ تغذیهای نسبت به سایر زادمایهها بهتر عمل کرد. | ||
