چکیده | ||
یکی از زمینههای جدید مطالعه در سالیان اخیر مربوط به اخلاق کسب و کار و توسعه آن میباشد. ادبیات تحقیق حاکی از آن است که به طور کلی مصادیق ارزشهای اخلاقی در برخی کارآفرینان اجتماعی و به طور خاص کسب و کارهای اجتماعی بیش از سایر کسب و کارها قابل مشاهده میباشد. با توجه به اینکه پژوهش در این زمینه بسیار اندک بوده و نیازمند مطالعه هر چه بیشتر جهت شناسایی ابعاد و عوامل موثر بر آن میباشد، فلذا در این مطالعه بررسی میشود که در تحقیقات توسعه اخلاق کسب و کارهای اجتماعی چه عناصری مد نظر قرار گرفته است. مطالعه حاضر از نوع توصیفی میباشد، به لحاظ هدف کاربردی بوده و بر اساس روش مرور سیستماتیک عنوان میگردد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه مطالعات حوزه توسعه اخلاق کارآفرینی و کسب و کارهای اجتماعی در بازه زمانی از ابتدای انتشار تا سال 2022 و شامل 832 تحقیق است. شکست انتقال آموزههای اخلاق کسب و کار به محیط واقعی کار و نبود نظریهها و مدلهای تبیین کننده در این زمینه، از یافتههای مهم مطالعه حاضر و مهمترین شکاف تحقیقاتی شناسایی شده میباشد. همچنین انجام مرور متون سیستماتیک با استفاده از چارچوب وتن و استخراج مدل ساختار تئوری داده بنیاد از آن، یافتههای دیگر این تحقیق میباشند. | ||
