چکیده | ||
اهداف:در پژوهش حاضر از سنبل آبی به عنوان یک منبع قابل دسترس برای تهیه کمپوست و از اسید هیومیک به جای نهادههای شیمیایی در تولید گل نرگس رقم ژرمن استفاده شد. مواد و روش ها: آزمایش به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی با بستر کشت کمپوست سنبل آبی (شاهد، 25، 50، 75 و 100 درصد حجمی ) و اسید هیومیک ( شاهد، 250 و 500 میلی گرم در لیتر ) به اجرا در آمد. یافتهها: با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده اثر کمپوست، اسید هیومیک و برهمکنش آنها بر بیشتر صفات مورد بررسی معنیدار بود. بلندترین ارتفاع ساقه گلدهنده و بیشترین غلظت عنصر آهن در کمپوست 50 درصد بههمراه 500 میلیگرم در لیتر اسید هیومیک ثبت شد. ب بلندترین طول برگ مربوط به کمپوست 75 درصد در ترکیب با 500 میلیگرم در لیتر اسید هیومیک بود. حداکثر اندازه قطر گل در کمپوست 75 درصد به همراه استفاده از 250 میلیگرم در لیتر اسید هیومیک ثبت شد. میزان غلظت عنصر پتاسیم در کمپوست 75 درصد ترکیب با 500 میلیگرم در لیتر اسید هیومیک در حداکثر بود. نتیجهگیری: با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده سطوح 25، 50 و 75 درصد کمپوست سنبل آبی بههمراه اسید هیومیک 250 و500 میلی گرم در لیتر سبب بهبود ارتفاع ساقه، تعداد برگ، محتوای کلروفیل و عناصر قابل جذب در گیاه گردید. لذا با توجه به هزینه بالای پیت ماس، کمپوست سنبل آبی میتواند در ترکیب با اسید هیومیک در تولید گل نرگس مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. | ||
