چکیده کرم زرد آرد، Tenebrio molitor، یک منبع بسیار غنی از پروتئین و دیگر مواد غذایی است. در این تحقیق به منظور بهبود پرورش این حشره، برخی فراسنجه های زیستی آن با تغذیه از شانزده رژیم غذایی حاوی دزهای مختلف آنتی بیوتیک لینکومایسین (صفر، 005/0، 01/0 و 02/0 درصد) و سه نوع پروبیوتیک (فاقد پروبیوتیک (p0)، پروبیوتیک تجاری (pA)، پروبیوتیک تهیه شده از کشت لاکتوباسیلوسها (pB) و پروبیوتیک حاوی مخمر تجاری (pC)) بررسی شدند. هر سه پروبیوتیک به مقدار یک درصد با غلظتCFU/gr 108 در رژیم غذایی مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند. تیمارهای آزمایشی روی لاروهای سن اول حشره در رژیم غذایی مبتنی بر سبوس و هویج اعمال شدند. بر اساس نتایج، در تیمار pC-دز 01/0 درصد با میانگین 16/1 ± 75/67 روز، افزایش معنی داری در طول دوره نشوونمای لاروی نسبت به شاهد (04/1 ± 17/64 روز) مشاهده شد. بیشترین میانگین وزن لاروی، 30/5 ± 17/144 میلیگرم، مربوط به تیمار pA-دز 01/0 درصد بود که تنها با میانگین تیمار pC-دز 01/0 درصد (05/3 ± 50/117 میلیگرم) دارای اختلاف معنی دار بود. درصد شفیرگی در دز صفر (77/1 ± 46/84 درصد) به طور معنی داری نسبت به دزهای 01/0 و 005/0 درصد آنتی بیوتیک (به ترتیب 8 و 32/9 درصد) کمتر بود. صفات طول دوره نشو و نمای شفیرگی، وزن شفیره ها، و وزن و درصد ظهور حشرات کامل تحت تاثیر رژیم های غذایی قرار نگرفتند. بر اساس یافته های این تحقیق، برهمکنش آنتی بیوتیک و پروبیوتیک می تواند برخی فراسنجه های رشدی و نشو و نمایی کرم زرد آرد را تحت تاثیر قرار دهد که در برنامه های پرورش حشره میتواند مد نظر قرار گیرد. | ||
