چکیده | ||
مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی مدلیابی علی بهبودی از اختلال دوقطبی نوع یک بر اساس حساسیت به پاداش و با نقش میانجی آشفتگی خواب و بینش شناختی انجام شد. این مطالعهی مقطعی با روش نمونهگیری در دسترس روی 126 بیمار مبتلا به اختلال دوقطبی نوع یک در فاز شیدایی که در بازه زمانی مهر سال 1399 تا اردیبهشت سال 1400 به کلینیکهای روانپزشکی استان یزد مراجعه کرده بودند، انجام شد. افراد نمونه 30 روز پس از پر کردن پرسشنامهها و سنجش اولیه، مورد سنجش مجدد شدت مانیا قرار گرفتند. برای سنجش افراد از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته، مقیاس برداشت کلی بالینی برای اختلال دوقطبی، مقیاس درجهبندی مانیای یانگ، آزمون یادگیری کلامی شنیداری هیجانی، آزمون حافظهی کاری دانیمن و کارپنتر و مقیاس حساسیت به پاداش و تنبیه استفاده شد. دادهها با مدل معادلات ساختاری و با نرم افزار Smartpls-3 تحلیل شدند. یافتهها نشان داد مقدار آماره t برای کلیه مسیرها بجز مسیر حساسیت به پاداش به بینش شناختی و مسیر بینش شناختی به بهبودی از اختلال، بالاتر از 1/96 بوده و در نتیجه در سطح اطمینان 95% معنادار میباشند. میتوان نتیجهگیری کرد حساسیت به پاداش به صورت مستقیم و غیرمستقیم (از طریق تاثیر بر آشفتگی خواب) میتواند بر بهبودی از اختلال دوقطبی نوع یک تاثیرگذار باشد. با این حال حساسیت به پاداش از طریق بینش شناختی بر بهبودی از اختلال دوقطبی نوع یک تاثیر ندارد. | ||
