چکیده
اشتغال زنان یکی از موضوعات مهمی است که مورد توجه دولتمردان قرار گرفته است زیرا بیکاری این قشر از افراد جامعه یکی از مهم­ترین چالش­های اقتصادی-اجتماعی به شمار می­رود که می­تواند آثار مخربی بر رشد اقتصادی کشورها بگذارد. ادوار تجاری از عواملی است که باعث ایجاد تغییراتی در جایگاه اشتغال زنان شده و در هنگام بروز رکود و رونق سهم اشتغال زنان را تحت تأثیر قرار می­دهد. بنابراین، پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از روش NARDL اثرات نامتقارن ادوار تجاری بر سهم اشتغال زنان ایران طی دوره زمانی 1397-1345 را مورد بررسی قرار می­دهد. نتایج بیانگر این است که یک شوک مثبت یا منفی در ادوار تجاری، اثرات نامتقارنی بر سهم اشتغال زنان به­جا می‌گذارد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد، درکوتاه­مدت، شوک مثبت ادوارتجاری، اثر منفی و معنا‌دار؛ و شوک منفی ادوار تجاری، اثر مثبت و معنادار بر سهم اشتغال زنان دارد و در بلندمدت نیز این اثر پابرجاست. سایر نتایج تخمین نشان می‌دهد، در کوتاه­مدت و بلندمدت، متغیرهای نرخ باروری اثر منفی و معنادار بر سهم اشتغال زنان می‌گذارد اما اثر معنادار متغیرهای هزینه­های دولت در بخش آموزش و نرخ تورم بر سهم اشتغال زنان در کوتاه­مدت و بلندمدت رد می­شود. همچنین متغیر حداقل دستمزد نیز در کوتاه­مدت و بلندمدت اثر مثبت و معنادار بر سهم اشتغال زنان می­گذارد.
