چکیده | ||
این پژوهش با هدف ارزیابی تاثیر کمپوست حاصل از بقایای هرس درختان میوه در حضور باکتریهای ریزوسفری محرک رشد (PGPR) بر برخی شاخصهای بیولوژیکی خاک آهکی در قالب آزمایشی بصورت فاکتوریل با طرح کاملاً تصادفی در شرایط گلخانهای در رایزوباکس اجرا شد. فاکتورها شامل منابع آلی (کمپوست، بقایای هرس و بدون ماده آلی)، تلقیح میکروبی (باکتریهایPGPR و بدون تلقیح) و خاک (خاک ریزوسفری و غیرریزوسفری) بودند. در پایان دوره رشد گیاه گندم، کربن زیست توده میکروبی، فسفر زیست توده میکروبی، تنفس پایه، تنفس برانگیخته و فسفاتاز قلیایی در خاکهای ریزوسفری و غیرریزوسفری تعیین گردید. نتایج نشان داد که کاربرد کمپوست بههمراه تلقیح باکتریهای PGPR باعث افزایش معنیدار کربن زیست توده میکروبی، فسفر زیست توده میکروبی و فسفاتاز قلیایی نسبت به تیمار کمپوست (بدون تلقیح) شد. همچنین تیمار کمپوست، کربن زیست توده میکروبی، فسفر زیست توده میکروبی و فعالیت آنزیم فسفاتاز قلیایی را به ترتیب 23/1، 59/1 و05/1 برابر در خاک ریزوسفر نسبت به غیرریزوسفر افزایش داد. بقایای هرس بهترتیب موجب افزایش 55/10 و 23/2 برابری تنفس پایه و تنفس برانگیخته در خاک ریزوسفری در مقایسه با غیرریزوسفر شد. چنین استنباط میگردد که کاربرد مواد آلی در شرایط تلقیح میکروبی منجر به بهبود شاخصهای کیفی خاک میگردد. | ||
