بررسی کارایی تلقیح زادمایههای انتروباکتر کلوآسه بر خصوصیات رشدی، عملکرد روغن و نوع اسیدهای چرب کلزا (Brassica napus L.) | ||

چکیده | ||
اهداف: کودهای زیستی جایگاه ویژهای در کشاورزی پایدار دارند. افزایش ماندگاری و زندهمانی باکتری در زادمایههای تولیدی با بکارگیری مواد مختلف، به منظور افزایش اثربخشی کودهای زیستی مورد توجه است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی کارایی زادمایههای مایع باکتری محرک رشد گیاه Enterobacter cloacae S16-3 بر میزان رشد و درصد روغن دانه کلزا (Brassica napus L.) رقم هایولا 308 انجام شد. مواد و روشها: آزمایش در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 12 تیمار (شامل 9 تیمار مربوط به زادمایههای مایع؛ F1-F9، یک تیمار شاهد منفی بدون تلقیح و افزودن کود NPK و دو تیمار کنترل مثبت شامل 100 درصد و 70 درصد مقادیر NPK) و 3 تکرار، در گلخانه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه تبریز در خاک با بافت لوم شنی استریل شده در سال1397 انجام شد. باکتری انتروباکتر کلوآسه در ترکیبهای مختلف در قالب 9 زادمایه مایع با مقادیر مشخص و در حالتهای تلفیقی مختلف شامل گلیسرول، پلیاتیلنگلیکول (PEG)، ترهالوز، کربوکسیمتیلسلولز (CMC)، صمغعربی، پلیوینیلپیرولیدون (PVP)، گلوکز و نشاسته تهیه شدند. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که در حضور باکتری E. cloacae(در قالب زادمایههای نهگانه) و تیمارهای 100 درصد و 70 درصد NPK، تعداد خورجین در بوته، تعداد دانه در بوته، شاخص کلروفیل برگ، ارتفاع بوته، قطر ساقه، حجم ریشه در بوته، وزن تر و خشک شاخساره، ریشه و دانه، عملکرد دانه در بوته، عملکرد روغن در بوته، وزن خورجین در بوته، وزن تر و خشک کل، درصد روغن دانه و درصد اسیدهای چرب افزایش یافت. اثر تلقیح زادمایههای مایع E.cloacaeبر وزن هزار دانه معنیدار نشد. نتایج حاصل از درصد روغن دانه و اسید چرب نشان داد که تیمار F9 (گلیسرول، گلوکز، صمغعربی، PEG) بیشترین درصد روغن دانه (02/47 درصد) و بیشترین مقدار اسید اولئیک (1/53 درصد) را در بین زادمایهها به خود اختصاص داد و سبب افزایش کیفیت روغن گردید. نتیجهگیری: در پایان با توجه به نتایج این آزمایش زادمایههای F5 (صمغعربی، نشاسته، PEG) و F9 برای بهبود خصوصیات رشدی، عملکرد روغن و نوع اسیدهای چرب کلزا توصیه میشود. | ||
