بررسی ارتباط بین سرمایه اجتماعی، سرمایه سلامت و رشد اقتصادی در استانهای کشور

چکیده
سرمایه اجتماعی از جمله مفاهیم جدیدی است که در دو دهه اخیر جایگاه برجسته‌ای در مطالعات اقتصادی و اجتماعی پیدا کرده است. اما همواره بحث‌های زیادی بین اندیشمندان این عرصه، در خصوص چگونگی ارتباط و برهم‌کنش‌های حاصل از سرمایه اجتماعی با سرمایه سلامت و رشد اقتصادی وجود دارد. هدف این مطالعه، مشخص نمودن ارتباط بین شاخص‌های سرمایه اجتماعی و سرمایه انسانی سلامت با رشد اقتصادی استان‌های کشور با استفاده از الگوی خود رگرسیون برداری داده‌های ترکیبی طی سال‌های 1394-1384 می‌باشد. برای محاسبه شاخص سرمایه اجتماعی از 11 متغیر و برای محاسبه سرمایه سلامت از 5 متغیر استفاده شده است. نتایج تجربی بدست آمده از برآورد مدل و بررسی تأثیر متقابل متغیرهای تحقیق در چارچوب تجزیه واریانس، نشان می‌دهد در دوره مورد بررسی، نه تنها رشد اقتصادی در تشکیل سرمایه اجتماعی و سرمایه سلامت استان‌های کشور تأثیر مثبت داشته است بلکه سطوح بالاتر سرمایه اجتماعی سبب می‌شود که سرمایه سلامت در استان‌های کشور بهبود یافته و با افزایش سرمایه سلامت، خود سبب بهبود و شکل‌گیری سرمایه اجتماعی شده است. بنابراین سرمایه اجتماعی بعنوان یکی از راه‌های اصلی ارتقاء سلامت انسانی باید مورد توجه سیاست‌گزاران سلامت جامعه و استان-های کشور قرار گیرد.
