چکیده | ||
از آنجایی که جهانزادها برای آینده کسبوکار اهمیت زیادی دارند و با توجه به اینکه یافتههای تحقیقات پیشین پراکنده میباشد، نیاز به توسعه مدلهای مفهومی یکپارچه و چارچوبهای نظری جامع وجود دارد. همچنین، ضرورت بررسی کلی پژوهش درباره جهانزادها در کارهای پژوهشی قبلی ذکر شده است. این مشکلات در ادبیات جهانزاد و نیاز به توسعه چارچوب جامع، انگیزه اصلی برای انجام این پژوهش مروری است. در نتیجه، هدف از این مقاله، یکپارچهسازی و تجمیع تمام مطالعات تجربی در جهان در رابطه با عوامل کلیدی موفقیت بنگاههای جهانزاد در یک چارچوب جامع است. بنابراین، با استفاده از روش مرور سیستماتیک با طی مراحل شناسایی سؤالات پژوهش، شناسایی معیارهای شمول و حذف، جستجو با استفاده از کلمات کلیدی مرتبط و استخراج و ترکیب دادهها، یافتههای 85 مطالعه تجربی (فقط مطالعاتی که در مورد موفقیت اولیه جهانزادها بودند) را خلاصه و در یک چارچوب مفهومی جامع ترکیب کردیم. بر اساس چارچوب توسعهیافته، فرصتهای آتی برای پژوهش، کاربردهای نظری و عملی و نیز شکافهای نظری و زمینهای پیشنهاد میگردد. | ||
