چکیده | ||
بهمنظور بررسی عملکرد دانه، جذب عناصر غذایی پرمصرف و برخی از شاخصهای بیولوژی خاک در کشت مخلوط بزرک و باقلا تحت تاثیر کودهای زیستی، آزمایشی بهصورت فاکتوریل بر پایه طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه ارومیه در سال زراعی 1396 انجام شد. عامل اول شامل الگوی کشت در پنج سطح شامل کشت خالص بزرک، کشت خالص باقلا، کشت مخلوط یک ردیف بزرک + یک ردیف باقلا، دو ردیف بزرک + دو ردیف باقلا و سه ردیف بزرک + سه ردیف باقلا و عامل دوم مصرف کودهای زیستی شامل ترکیب قارچ میکوریزا (حاوی سه نوع قارچ از جنس(Glomus mossea+ Glomus intraradices+ Glomus etunicatum+ باکتریهای تامین کننده نیتروژن (ازتو بارور1، حاوی باکتریهای تثبیت کننده نیتروژن از گونه vinelandii Azotobacter)، فسفر (فسفات بارور-2، حاوی دو نوع باکتری حلکننده فسفات از گونههایagglomerans Pantoea و Pseudomonas putida)، پتاسیم (پتابارور-2، حاوی باکتریهای آزاد کننده پتاسیم ازگونههای Pseudomonas vancouverensisوPseudomonas koreensis ) و گوگرد (سولفوبارور-۱، حاوی باکتری تیوباسیلوس Thiobacillus) و عدم مصرف کود بود. نتایج نشان داد که الگوی کشت بر عملکرد دانه، جذب عناصر غذایی نیتروژن، فسفر، پتاسیم، کلسیم و منیزیم اثر معنیدار داشت. بیشترین عملکرد دانه باقلا ( kg.ha-14280) و بزرک (kg.ha-12230) از کشت خالص حاصل شد اما، میزان جذب نیتروژن، فسفر، پتاسیم، کلسیم و منیزیم در کشت مخلوط در مقایسه کشت خالص هر دو گونه بالاتر بود و میزان جذب این عناصر در تیمار با کود زیستی نسبت به عدم مصرف کود (شاهد) افزایش معنیداری را نشان داد. بیشترین تنفس میکروبی خاک، زیست توده میکروبی خاک و نسبت برابری زمین در جذب عناصر غذایی از الگوی کشت مخلوط دو ردیف بزرک + دو ردیف باقلا همراه با کاربرد کودهای زیستی به دست آمد. بهطور کلی چنین استنباط میشود که این الگوی کشت (2:2) همراه با کاربرد کود زیستی به دلیل بالا بودن نسبت برابری زمین در جذب عناصر غذایی و بهبود بیولوژیکی خاک توصیه میشود. | ||
