| پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی مدل ساختاری طرحوارههای ناسازگار اولیه و اختلال بدشکلی بدن با نقش میانجی کمالگرایی در دانشآموزان دختر دوره متوسطه شهر مرند انجام شد. روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی ـ همبستگی با استفاده از مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی دانشآموزان دختر دوره متوسطه شهر مرند در سال 1403 بود. حجم نمونه بر اساس دیدگاه کلاین (2023) و با روش نمونهگیری در دسترس، 385 نفر انتخاب شد که پس از حذف دادههای پرت، دادههای مربوط به 370 نفر مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. دادهها با استفاده از پرسشنامه طرحوارههای ناسازگار اولیه ـ فرم کوتاه یانگ (1994)، مقیاس کمالگرایی چند بعدی تهران بشارت (1388) و پرسشنامه اختلال بدشکلی بدن ربیعی و همکاران (1390) جمعآوری شد. تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزارهای SPSS نسخه 29 و AMOS نسخه 24 انجام گرفت. یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد که حوزه طرد و بریدگی بهطور مستقیم بر کمالگرایی (β = 0/59, p < 0/01) و اختلال بدشکلی بدن (β = 0/20, p < 0/05) اثر معنادار دارد. همچنین حوزه دیگرجهتمندی بر کمالگرایی (β = 0/28, p < 0/05) و حوزه گوشبهزنگی و بازداری بر کمالگرایی (β = 0/12, p < 0/05) و اختلال بدشکلی بدن (β = 0/25, p < 0/01) تأثیر معنادار داشتند. افزون بر این، کمالگرایی نیز بهطور مستقیم بر اختلال بدشکلی بدن اثر معناداری داشت (β = 0/41, p < 0/01). نتایج بوتاسترپ نشان داد که کمالگرایی در رابطه بین حوزههای طرد و بریدگی، دیگرجهتمندی و گوشبهزنگی و بازداری با اختلال بدشکلی بدن نقش میانجی معناداری ایفا میکند. همچنین مدل پژوهش از برازش مطلوبی برخوردار بود (CFI = 0/94, TLI = 0/90, RMSEA = 0/078) و 62 درصد از واریانس اختلال بدشکلی بدن تبیین شد. یافتههای این پژوهش نشان میدهد که طرحوارههای ناسازگار اولیه و کمالگرایی از عوامل مهم مرتبط با اختلال بدشکلی بدن در نوجوانان هستند و توجه به این سازهها میتواند در طراحی مداخلات پیشگیرانه و درمانی مؤثر باشد. | ||
