| Contemporary cognitive science faces an ontological crisis in explaining the qualitative immediacy of subjective awareness (the "Hard Problem") within classical computational frameworks. While Karl Friston’s Free Energy Principle (FEP) and Roger Penrose’s Orchestrated Objective Reduction (Orch OR) offer non-reductive paradigms for adaptive agency and non-computable state transitions, each remains incomplete in isolation: FEP describes predictive belief-updating without phenomenal presence, whereas Orch OR identifies quantum gravitational collapse as a proto-conscious event without a systemic teleological architecture. This article presents a unified Post-Computational Metaphysics of Mind by synthesizing Active Inference and Penrose Objective Reduction with the transcendental process ontology (al-Ḥikmat al-Mutaʿāliyah) of Mulla Sadra. Grounded in Ontological Structural Realism, we demonstrate the reciprocal mathematical necessity of FEP and Orch OR. Classical active inference in non-stationary environments encounters an infinite regress in setting precision hyperparameters, which non-computable Orch OR state selection ($\mathbf{R}$) resolves via objective physical grounding. Conversely, active inference supplies the Markovian boundary architecture that orchestrates discrete quantum collapses into coherent biological agency. We formalize Markov blankets as Quidditative Boundary Conditions (ḥudūd al-wujūd) that thermodynamically isolate internal states, enabling macroscopic quantum coherence in tubulin lattices via dielectric screening and Fröhlich condensation. Furthermore, Sadraian Presential Knowledge (al-ʿilm al-ḥuḍūrī) and Systematic Gradation (Tashkīk al-Wujūd) resolve the Cosmopsychic De-Combination Problem, establishing that consciousness is not an emergent mechanical artifact, but the self-luminous reality of Being (nūr al-wujūd) modulated under embodied boundary constraints. We conclude with a pre-registered Popperian Falsification Matrix spanning six empirical domains, including nuclear spin Xenon isotope anesthesia, ultrafast tryptophan exciton superradiance quenching, and apical dendritic precision modulation, to establish the biophysical viability of the framework. | ||
