تأثیر موسیلاژ دانه چیا بر برخی شاخصهای شیمیایی و میکروبی خاک در شرایط تنش کمآبی و آلودگی سرب | ||

| این پژوهش با هدف بررسی اثر متقابل تنش کمآبی و آلودگی سرب بر ویژگیهای شیمیایی (قابلیت هدایت الکتریکی و pH) و زیستی خاک (تنفس میکروبی و جمعیت توده میکروبی) و نقش تعدیلکننده موسیلاژ دانه چیا (Salvia hispanica L.) بهعنوان مدلی برای شبیهسازی اثر موسیلاژ ریشه گیاهان انجام شد. آزمایش بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی، با 3 فاکتور، شامل غلظت موسیلاژ (صفر، 0.3 و 0.6 درصد وزنی)، غلظت سرب (صفر، ۱۵۰ و ۳۰۰ میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم) و سطح تنش کمآبی (بدون تنش معادل رطوبت ظرفیت زراعی و با تنش کمآبی معادل 40 درصد ظرفیت زراعی) اجرا گردید. نتایج نشان داد که تنش کمآبی باعث افزایش معنادار EC، کاهش pH، تنفس میکروبی و جمعیت میکروبی شد و حضور سرب در سطوح 150 و 300 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم این اثرها را تشدید کرد. کاربرد موسیلاژ در غلظت 0.3 درصد بهطور مؤثری این اثرات منفی را تعدیل نمود، در حالی که غلظت 0.6 درصد عملکرد ضعیفتری داشت. از منظر یک پژوهش بنیادی، این مطالعه تأکید دارد که موسیلاژ ریشه گیاهان میتواند سازوکاری کلیدی در افزایش مقاومت خاک به تنشهای همزمان کمآبی و سرب به عنوان فلز سنگین باشد. بنابراین، انتخاب ارقام گیاهی با توانایی بیشتر ترشح موسیلاژ بهوسیله ریشه (معادل تقریبی 0.3 درصد) میتواند راهبردی پایدار برای بهبود کیفیت خاک در شرایط تنش خشکی و آلودگی فلزات سنگین محسوب شود. | ||
