| چکیده | ||
| گسترش سامانههای هوش مصنوعی در زندگی روزمره، پرسشهای بنیادینی درباره حدود خودمختاری انسانی و معنای اراده آزاد مطرح کرده است. این مقاله نشان میدهد که سامانههای هوشمند با جهتدهی نامحسوس ترجیحات و بازآرایی افق انتخاب، شکل و دامنه تجربه خودمختاری انسانی را دگرگون و بازتعریف میکنند. پژوهش حاضر با رویکرد تحلیلی–انتقادی و بهرهگیری از چارچوب اخلاق هوش مصنوعی، سه محور را بررسی میکند: (۱) نسبت میان پیشبینی الگوریتمی و شرایط امکان انتخاب انسان؛ (۲) پیامدهای اخلاقی و بازتعریف توزیع مسئولیت در محیطهای هدایتشده الگوریتمی؛ و (۳) ضرورت تدوین اصول طراحی مسئولانه و چارچوبهای نظارتی برای حفظ استقلال تصمیمگیری انسانی. مشارکت نظری مقاله در بهرهگیری از رویکرد شبکهای به عاملیت و مسئولیت است که امکان تحلیل دقیقتر «شکاف مسئولیتی» و بازتعریف نقش انسان و ماشین در تصمیمگیریهای پیچیده را فراهم میآورد. نتایج نشان میدهد که خودمختاری انسانی در عصر هوش مصنوعی دچار دگرگونی ساختاری میشود؛ انسان همچنان مسئول است، اما بخشهایی از زنجیره تصمیمسازی—از جمعآوری داده تا پیشنهاد الگوریتمی—خارج از کنترل مستقیم او قرار دارند. به این ترتیب، چالش اصلی نه در توانایی فنی ماشینها، بلکه در بازپیکربندی هنجاری رابطه انسان، الگوریتم و مسئولیت اخلاقی ظهور میکند و درک آن میتواند مسیر پژوهشهای آتی در فلسفه ذهن، اخلاق فناوری و حکمرانی الگوریتمی را متحول سازد. | ||
