| هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر شفقت خود بر شرم از بدن و کیفیت زندگی در زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان بود. روش پژوهش نیمهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون و پسآزمون با گروه کنترل همراه با مرحله پیگیری 2 ماهه بود. جامعه آماری زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان در بیمارستان طالقانی شهر تهران در تابستان سال 1404 بودند. سپس تعداد 40 نفر زن تشخیص داده شده دارای سرطان پستان انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی ساده در 2 گروه شامل گروه آزمایش (20 نفر) و گروه کنترل (20 نفر) قرار گرفتند. سپس گروه آزمایش تحت 10 جلسه 90 دقیقهای درمان مبتنی بر شفقت خود قرار گرفت. از پرسشنامه شرم از تصویر بدن (BISS) دوارت و همکاران (2015) و پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی (SF-36) وار (2000) به منظور گردآوری اطلاعات استفاده شد. برای تحلیل دادهها از بهدستآمده از تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیری مکرر و آزمون تعقیبی بنفرونی استفاده شد. نرمافزار تحلیل دادهها SPSS نسخه 29 بود. نتایج نشان داد مداخله درمانی در مرحله پسآزمون و پیگیری اثربخشی معناداری بر شرم از بدن و کیفیت زندگی داشته است (0/05>p). این یافتهها نشان میدهد که درمان مبتنی بر شفقت خود میتواند در یک زمینه درمانی برای کاهش شرم از بدن و بهبود کیفیت زندگی زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. | ||
