| چکیده | ||
| طلاق پدیدهای چندعاملی است که میتواند آسیبهای شناختی، هیجانی، اجتماعی و روانشناختی بسیاری را برای زوجین در پی داشته باشد. هدف پژوهش مقایسه اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی و درمان هیجانمدار مبتنی بر شفقت بر انسجام روانی، تابآوری و تحمل پریشانی در زنان در معرض طلاق بود. روش پژوهش بر مبنای هدف، کاربردی و از منظر گردآوری دادهها جزء تحقیقات کمی و از نوع نیمهآزمایشی، با طرح پیشآزمون، پسآزمون با گروه کنترل همراه با پیگیری دو ماهه بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه زنان در معرض طلاق مراجعهکننده به مراکز مشاوره و خدمات روانشناختی شهر تهران در محدوده سال 1403-1402 بودند. تعداد نمونه 45 نفر که در سه گروه درمان مبتنی بر عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی، گروه درمان هیجانمدار مبتنی بر شفقت و گروه کنترل تقسیم شدند. شرکتکنندگان پرسشنامههای انسجام روانی (SCQ) فلنسبرگ-مدسن و همکاران (2006)، مقیاس تابآوری (RISC) کانر و دیویدسون (2003) و مقیاس تحمل پریشانی (DTS) سیمونز و گاهر (2005) را تکمیل کردند.گروه آزمایش اول تحت 10جلسه درمان مبتنی بر عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی و گروه آزمایش دوم تحت 10جلسه درمان هیجانمدار مبتنی بر شفقت و در نهایت گروه کنترل هیچگونه آموزشی دریافت نکرد. بعد از اتمام جلسات آموزشی از هر سه گروه در شرایط یکسان پسآزمون و بعد از مدت 60 روز مرحله پیگیری به عمل آمد. دادهها با روش تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیری مکرر و با نرمافزار SPSS نسخه 28 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که میانگین متغیرهای پژوهش در گروه درمان هیجانمدار مبتنی بر شفقت (در پسآزمون و پیگیری) در مقایسه با گروه کنترل بیشتر ازگروه درمان مبتنی بر عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی است و این تفاوت معنادار بود (0/05>p). با توجه به یافتهها میتوان نتیجه گرفت که درمان هیجانمدار مبتنی بر شفقت اثربخشی بیشتری نسبت به درمان مبتنی بر عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی بر تحمل پریشانی دارد. | ||
