| تظاهر اصلی اختلال شخصیت مرزی، الگوی نافذ از بیثباتی در روابط بینفردی، خودانگاره، عواطف و تکانشگری بارز است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه خودشیفتگی آسیبپذیر، مکانیسمهای دفاعی رشدنیافته با نشانههای اختلال شخصیت مرزی به واسطه همدلی و تحمل پریشانی بود. جامعه پژوهش را دانشجویان دختر و پسر دانشگاه تبریز تشکیل دادند که از بین آنها با روش نمونهگیری خوشهای چند مرحلهای، 340 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای این پژوهش شامل خودشیفتگی مرضی پینکوس و همکاران (2009)، مقیاس اختلال شخصیت مرزی کلاریچ و بروکس (1984)، پرسشنامه سبکهای دفاعی (اندروز، سینگ و باند، 1993)، تحمل پریشانی سیمونز و گاهر (2005) و پرسشنامه همدلی جولیف و فارینگتون (2006) بود. دادهها از روش مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری و با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS-25 و Amos-24 تحلیل شدند. یافتهها نشان داد اثر مستقیم متغیرهای خودشیفتگی آسیبپذیر و مکانیسم دفاعی رشدنیافته بر نشانههای اختلال شخصیت مرزی معنیدار است. اثر مستقیم متغیرهای خودشیفتگی آسیبپذیر و مکانیسم دفاعی رشدنیافته بر همدلی و تحمل پریشانی معنیدار است. همچنین، خودشیفتگی آسیبپذیر و مکانیسم دفاعی رشدنیافته به صورت غیرمستقیم از طریق نقش میانجی همدلی و تحمل پریشانی توانایی پیشبینی نشانههای اختلال شخصیت مرزی را دارند. لذا یافتههای این پژوهش میتواند درطرح ریزی برنامههای آموزشی و طراحی مداخلات درمانی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد تا دانشجویان کمتر در معرض آسیبهای حاصل از نشانههای اختلال شخصیت مرزی قرار گیرند. | ||
