| چکیده | ||
| پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین رابطه ویژگیهای شخصیتی و سرمایه روانشناختی با بهزیستی روانشناختی صورت گرفت. این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی – همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل دانشجویان دانشگاههای سلیمانیه، گرمیان و حلبچه اقلیم کردستان عراق بود. از این جامعه، تعداد 300 نفر به شیوه خوشهای انتخاب و به مقیاس بهزیستی روانی ریف، پرسشنامه سرمایه روانشناختی لوتانز و مقیاس شخصیتی پنج عاملی مک کری و کاستا پاسخ دادند. تحلیل دادهها با روش تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه نشان داد خودکارآمدی، خوشبینی، امیدواری و تابآوری با بهزیستی روانشناختی رابطۀ مستقیم دارند. بین روانرنجورخویی با بهزیستی روانشناختی رابطه منفی و بین باوجدان بودن و توافقپذیری با بهزیستی روانشناختی رابطۀ مثبت وجود دارد. این یافتهها بیان میکند که روانرنجورخویی فرد را مستعد تحریکپذیری، اضطراب، غمگینی و بدخلقی نموده و میتواند بهزیستی روانشناختی فرد را تهدید نماید. در مقابل، توافقپذیری نشانگر صداقت، نوعدوستی و خودکنترلی در موقعیتهای بینفردی بوده و به همراه باوجدان بودن آمادگی فرد را برای رویارویی با مسایل زندگی تقویت نموده و وظیفهشناسی و نظم داشتن در زندگی و تلاش برای موفقیت نیز زمینهساز تعامل مثبت با جنبههای زندگی میگردد. ازطرفی، سرمایۀ روانشناختی علاوه بر تعدیل اثرات منابع استرس، زمینه را برای بهرهگیری انگیزشی از فشارزاهای زندگی در جهت شکلدهی چالشهای جدید، مهیا نموده و به تکاپوی مستمر فرد در جهت ایجاد اهداف جدید و بسط منابع شادکامی یاری رساند. | ||
