| چکیده | ||
| با گسترش استفاده از شبکههای اجتماعی در زندگی روزمره دانشجویان، نگرانیها درباره پیامدهای احتمالی استفاده افراطی از این شبکهها افزایش یافته است. هدف پژوهش حاضر مدلیابی پریشانی روانشناختی و اعتیاد به اینستاگرام با نقش میانجی بیحوصلگی و ترس از دست دادن دانشجویان بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی_ همبستگی از نوع مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری کلیه دانشجویان دانشگاه مازندران به تعداد 11383 نفر در سال تحصیلی 1403-1404 بودند. نمونهای به تعداد 250 نفر از بین این جامعه آماری به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل مقیاس اعتیاد به اینستاگرام کرکابرون و گریفیث (2018)، مقیاس افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس لوی باند و لوبی باند (1995)، مقیاس چندبعدی حالت بیحوصلگی فالمن و همکاران (2013) و پرسشنامه ترس از دست دادن پرزیبلسکی و همکاران (2013) بود. تحلیل دادهها با روش معادلات ساختاری انجام شد. یافتهها حاکی از برازش مطلوب دادهها با مدل بود (،x2/df=1/98 ،CFI=0/94 ،GFI=0/92 AGFI=0/91 ،TLI=0/95 ،IFI=0/95 ،NFI=0/96 ،RMSEA=0/06). نتایج نشان داد پریشانی روانشناختی (افسردگی، اضطراب، استرس)، بیحوصلگی و ترس از دست دادن بر اعتیاد به اینستاگرام اثر مستقیم و معنادار داشت (0/05>p). همچنین، پریشانی روانشناختی بر بیحوصلگی و ترس از دست دادن اثر مستقیم و معنادار داشت (0/05>p). و همچنین ترس از دست دادن و بیحوصلگی نقش میانجی در رابطه بین پریشانی روانشناختی و اعتیاد به اینستاگرام داشتند (0/05>p). از منظر کاربردی، طراحی برنامههای کاهش بیحوصلگی و ترس از دست دادن همراه با مداخلات کاهش پریشانی روانشناختی میتواند به طور معناداری آسیبپذیری دانشجویان در برابر اعتیاد به شبکههای اجتماعی را کاهش دهد.. | ||
