| چکیده | ||
| هدف از پژوهش حاضر ارزیابی اثربخشی مداخله قدردانی بر خودانتقادی مادران و مشکلات هیجانی رفتاری فرزندان شهر اصفهان بود. پژوهش حاضر، بهصورت نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون، پسآزمون با دوره پیگیری بود. جامعه آماری در این پژوهش شامل تمامی مادران دارای دختران با مشکلات هیجانی رفتاری مشغول به تحصیل در مدارس شهر اصفهان بودند که به صورت هدفمند و با توجه به ملاکهای ورود، 40 نفر از مادران دارای دختران با علائم مشکلات هیجانی رفتاری شهر اصفهان در دامنه سنی 9 تا 11 سال، به عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب و در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل گمارده شدند. والدین گروه آزمایش در 9 جلسه 90 دقیقهای (هفتهای دو جلسه) تحت مداخله قدردانی قرار گرفتند. گروه کنترل هیچگونه مداخلهای دریافت نکرد. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه مشکلات رفتاری آخنباخ-فرم والد (2001، CBCL)، مقیاس سطوح خود (LOSC) و بسته آموزش قدردانی قمرانی (1389) بود. تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل واریانس اندازهگیری مکرر و با نسخهی 24 نرمافزار Spss انجام گرفت. نتایج حاکی از آن بود که در مؤلفههای خودانتقادی درونی، خود انتقادی مقایسهای و نمره کل خودانتقادی، متغیر گروه، متغیر زمان و همچنین تعامل زمان و گروه معنیدار میباشد (0/05≥p). همچنین در مؤلفههای مشکلات درونی شده، مشکلات برونی شده و نمره کل مشکلات هیجانی رفتاری هم متغیر گروه، متغیر زمان و همچنین تعامل زمان و گروه معنیدار میباشد (0/05≥p). نتایج مطالعه نشان میدهد، میتوان از مداخله قدردانی به عنوان مداخلهای برای بهبود خودانتقادی مادران و مشکلات هیجانی رفتاری فرزندان استفاده کرد. | ||
