نقش تابآوری خانواده در رشد پس از ضربه: میانجیگری سریالی تابآوری فردی و خودشفقتورزی | ||

| چکیده | ||
| هدف این مطالعه تعیین نقش میانجیِ سریالی تابآوری فردی و خودشفقتورزی بین تابآوری خانواده و رشد پس از ضربه بود. این مطالعه، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل بیماران جسمانی شدید بستری شده در بیمارستانهای استان خراسان جنوبی در سالهای 1399 تا 1403 بود. تعداد 269 نفر به شیوه نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند و پرسشنامههای تابآوری خانواده، تابآوری فردی، خودشفقتورزی و رشد پس از ضربه را تکمیل کردند. دادهها با استفاده از روش تحلیل مسیر سریالی هایز تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد که مدل مفهومی پژوهش از برازش مطلوب برخوردار است (R=0/73 ،F(3,235)= 89/13 ،p<0/0001 ،R2=0/53). همچنین اثر مستقیم تابآوری خانواده (0/38=β)، تابآوری فردی (0/41=β) و خودشفقتورزی (0/26=β) بر رشد پس از ضربه معنادار بود. بعلاوه، اثرات غیرمستقیم تابآوری خانواده بر رشد پس از ضربه با میانجیگری تابآوری فردی و با میانجیگری سریالی تابآوری فردی و خودشفقتورزی معنادار بود. درحالیکه، میانجیگری خودشفقتورزی بین تابآوری خانواده و رشد پس از ضربه معنادار نبود. تابآوری خانواده به عنوان یک سیستم حمایتی عمل میکند که فرصتهای رشد را افزایش میدهد. تابآوری فردی و خودشفقتورزی نیز به عنوان راهبردهای فردی به پردازش سالمتر تجارب آسیبزا کمک میکنند. در واقع، این عوامل شرایط بهینهای را برای رشد پس از ضربه فراهم میکنند. | ||
