| هدف پژوهش مقایسه اثربخشی درمان شناختی-رفتاری و هیپنوتراپی بر کیفیت زندگی مرتبط با سلامت زنان یائسه مبتلا به سندرم روده تحریکپذیر بود. نوع طرح پژوهش نیمهآزمایشی با پیشآزمون و پسآزمون با گروه کنترل و پیگیری 2 ماهه بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه زنان یائسه مبتلا به سندرم روده تحریکپذیر مراجعه کننده به کیلینکهای گوارش شهر تهران در زمستان سال 1403 بودند. تعداد 45 زن به صورت تصادفی ساده در 3 گروه شناختی-رفتاری (15 زن)، هیپنوتراپی (15 زن) و گروه کنترل (15 زن) قرار گرفتند. سپس گروه آزمایش اول تحت 8 جلسه 90 دقیقهای درمان شناختی-رفتاری و گروه آزمایش دوم 8 جلسه 90 دقیقهای هیپنوتراپی قرار گرفتند. از پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی سندرم روده تحریکپذیر (IBS-QIL-34) پاتریک و همکاران(1998) به منظور گردآوری اطلاعات استفاده شد. از تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیری مکرر و آزمون تعقیبی بنفرونی برای تحلیل دادهها استفاده شد. نرم افزار تحلیل دادهها SPSS نسخه 29 بود. نتایج نشان داد هر دو مداخله مذکور در مرحله پسآزمون و پیگیری اثربخشی معناداری بر کیفیت زندگی مرتبط با سلامت داشته است (ƞ2=0/75 ،Sig=0/001 ،F=127/07). همچنین نتایج آزمون تعقیبی نشان داد که درمان شناختی-رفتاری اثربخشی بیشتری نسبت به هیپنوتراپی بر بهبود کیفیت زندگی مرتبط با سلامت دارد (0/05>p). میتوان نتیجهگیری کرد که، در راستای بهبود کیفیت زندگی مرتبط با سلامت در زنان یائسه مبتلا به سندرم روده تحریکپذیر در مراکز مشاوره و خدمات روانشناختی میتوان از نتایج این پژوهش استفاده کرد و تقدم استفاده در بهبود کیفیت زندگی مرتبط با سلامت زنان یائسه مبتلا به سندرم روده تحریکپذیر با درمان شناختی-رفتاری است. | ||
