| چکیده | ||
| این مقاله الگوریتمی را برای بهره بردار بازار برق محلی به منظور ارزیابی ممانعت ظرفیت پویا نیروگاه های مجازی شرکت کننده در بازار انرژی الکتریسیته محلی ارایه داده است. مهمترین نوآوری این مقاله ارایه شاخص هایی به جهت شناسایی ممانعت ظرفیت نیروگاه های مجازی است. همچنین به صورت کمی تاثیر تصمیم گیری ریسک گریز بهره بردار بازار محلی بر افزایش قدرت بازار گروه های ممانعت کننده ظرفیت تحلیل شده است. تحلیل مساله بازار روز-پیش دارای سه گام اساسی است: الف) تخمین استراتژی نیروگاه های ممانعت کننده ظرفیت. ب) تعیین برنامه ریزی بهینه سیستم در افق زمانی روز-پیش. پ) بررسی تاثیر تغییر آرایش شبکه بر کاهش قدرت بازار گروه های ممانعت کننده ظرفیت است. الگوریتم پیشنهادی بر روی یک شبکه استاندارد IEEE شامل 123 شین در افق زمانی روز پیش مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته است و نتایج نشان می دهد که هزینه ها سیستم بطور متوسط 25.12% افزایش یافته است. | ||
